AU degree degree exam fees date 2016-2017 registration form of 1st 2nd 3rd year :As     per      the      Proceedings     of     the      Vice-Chancellor      No.E.III(Supdt.)/Revised Fe~s/ 2013 ,dared   19-08-2013,  the  Principals   of all the  Colleges  affiliated  to Andhra   University, is here  by informed  that  all the  Regular  and  supplementary   candidates  the   the  examination  fee structure    is  fixed  for  the  following  Undergraduate   Courses   i.e.  B.A.,  B.Com.,  B.Se.,  and   B.Se (Home Science  and   Food Technology), B.A. (O.L.), B.C.A..B.B.M. &B.H.M. conduct   of Year  and examination  for March/April,  2017.   The details  are  as  follows:

• BA B.Com 1st 2nd and final year examination fee : Rs 750
• BSc BCA BBM 1st  year 2nd year and 3rd years BHM :Rs 850
• Supplementary  Candidates:
  1)   Whole   Examination   fee:   Rs.850/­ for BSc/BCA/BBM/BIIMCT 1st 2nd years courses.
  2)   Whole   Examination   fee:  Rs.750/­ for  BA/B.Com 1st 2nd years
  3) One subject Rs 250

Instructions to AU degree college principals 

HANDICAPPED:  In case   of handicapped  candidates    examination  fees  is exempted, but  the  candidate    has  to pay  online  Registration  fee of Rs.55/-   and  HOD  & HPC fee of Rs 1200/-.   The copies  of related  certificates  with  Principal  attestation    should   reach  the A.U. office along  with  fees list.

RECOGNITION  Fee:     In the  case  of Other  State  Board  (Fresh  first year  students)   each candidate    has   to pay  Rs.500/-    in addition   to the  examination  fees.   The  above  related copies of  certificates  should   be  enclosed   along   with  the   fees  list.   (No exemption    for Handicapped  candidates].

EQUIVALENCY: The equivalency  certificate   for other  Boards,  obtained   from State  Board of A.P. or legal  section,  A.U. should  be enclosed  along  with fees list. 

ON  T.C.     TRANSFER   /READMISSION:   The   Principals    of  respective     colleges    are requested    to  send   the  messenger    to  A.U. with  proofs   (with  Rgd.  No.)   of,  College  to College Transfer,    Re-admitted  students.    Other  University  Students   and  Deep Students (B.Co•m.)of  academic  year  2015-2016,    to facilitate  the  Enrollment   in present. College

PHOTOS & SIGNATURES: Latest  Photo and  Signature   of student   must  be uploaded    in Student   Enrolment   phase.   Details  about  size of Photo and  Signature   are  provided  in the website.

FIRST   YEAR  DATA:   Regarding fresh  first  year  students  enrolled data   list  taken  as printed after  student  enrolment with  Principal's signature should reach  the  Computer Centre,  CAO,A.U. immediately after completion of student enrollment. Opening    data   for  Student    Enrollment:

DATA CORRECTION: Exam  data   editing will  be  permitted only   till  the  Challan is generated.   The  date  is freezed after  the  Challan is generated. No modifications will be permitted.  For  any  corrections required,  the  data   will be  corrected at  the  Computer Centre after  payment of Rs.200/- per each  candidate.

PAYMENT OF   FEES:    SBl  Challan,  Exam   registration  list  will  be   generated  after completion of Exam  registration.  After payment is over in SBl Bank,  out of 3 copies one copy is to be submitted to  Bank,  one copy should  be retained in College,and University copy  should be  sent  to the  Computer Centre in   Academic Audit  Cell, A.U.  along  with signed Exam Registration list.

The registration of application and  payment of examination fees through online  website: www.aucoe.info. has  to be done   through colleges only.  The user  name  and  password if not  obtained already can  be requested for.   Fee can  be paid  at any  SBl Branch after  48 hours  of generating the Challan in the website.  DD's will not be accepted.
