OU degree practical exam time table 2017
All examinations under set 1 & 2 are to be conducted at respective Colleges.
All examinations under set 3 & 4 for all colleges under R.R. Dist, Medak and Twin Cities shall be conducted at the respective colleges.
All examinations under set 3 & 4 for all colleges under Mahabubnagar, Nizamabad and Nalgonda district shall be conducted at the centres allotted for the practical examinations. The centres will be communicated in due course. All colleges of Mahabubnagar, Nizamabad and Nalgonda District fall under Group “B”.
The CBT Exam has to be conducted as per the instructions given by the Chairman, Board of Studies in English., Department of English , O.U. The exam has to be conducted by the internal examiner only. The test material (the audio file & question paper) will be sent online to the respective Colleges Login.
The statistics practical examinations for I(B/L), II, and III year students will be conducted with common question paper in each group, on the above specified dates. However, the statistics practical paper– IV (MS-Excel on computer) may be conducted batch wise, consisting of a maximum of 45 students and for the remaining students the examination may be conducted on the following day.
The above-mentioned examinations have to be conducted as per schedule, for all the courses for which the university has sanctioned the affiliation. The university will not be held responsible if the examinations are conducted for all those courses for which the university has not sanctioned the affiliation. The list of colleges falling in Group „A‟ and Group „B‟ is uploaded on the website www.osmania.ac.in . The practical examinations for the students other than the statistics group can be conducted even on the dates provided for the statistics.
If the Viva-Voce Examination of Foreign Languages is not conducted at your Centre, the students may be directed to report to the Head, Department of Foreign Languages, University College of Arts & Social Sciences , O.U. for their Viva-Voce on 16th February, 2017 at 10.00 a.m.
Further, you are informed to submit Award lists of Economics Paper –III for 20 Marks and Sociology Paper-IV Project Award list for 30 Marks of III year candidates those who are admitted to III year during 2010-2011 onwards.
- The maximum marks for IHC,S&C, and Human Values and Professional Ethics is 50.
- The maximum marks for Environmental Studies is 100.
Internal Marks of Various Subjects like CBT, IHC etc & Practical awards should be sent online. The necessary link will be made available in the college login. Principals/ Examiners are requested to login, enter marks and submit to the Examination branch. The same should be downloaded and a hard copy should be submitted in the exam branch duly signed by the Principal

- The last date for submission of Award lists of Practical Examinations along with the scripts

Kindly adhere to the above schedule and instructions. Any deviation will attract a penalty of
. 1,000/- per day, per faculty. ALL PRACTICAL AWARD LISTS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN THE EXAM BRANCH, O.U, IN PERSON, TA WILL BE PAID ONLY ONCE BY EXAM BRANCH, OU WHILE SUBMITTING THE PRACTICAL AWARD LIST. COURIER/ POSTAL MAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Note:- Hall Tickets can be downloaded only after, Submission of Practical and Internal Marks of concerned papers of an individual to the Examination Branch online.
