TS Gurukulam Inter Admissions Entrance Test 2016 Eligibility

1 All the ST students (Boys & Girls) of Telangana who are appearing for SSC March - 2016 in TW Residential Schools, Ashram Schools, Govt. Schools, Zilla Parishad Schools and other Govt. Recognized schools and they should have secured at least B2 grade(7 points) in aggregate and also secure B2 grade in English in SSC Public Examination 2016.

2 Students studying in Telugu / English Medium are eligible to appear for the Entrance Test.

3 Parental Income should not exceed Rupees Two Lakh per annum for urban and 1.5 lakh for rural or as per the Government guidelines by the time of admissions.

4 Selected candidates have to produce necessary certificates like, Caste, Income, Ration card, Aadhaar card, Marks Memo, Study, T.C; Physical fitness certificates, 06 Passport size photos at the time of admission.

5 The age of the students shall not exceed 17 years as on 31.08.2016

TS Gurukulam Inter Admissions Entrance Test 2016 Reservation:

1. 100% seats are reserved for STs of Telangana only.

2. 331/2 % seats may be reserved for Girls in co-education institutions.

3. 3% of overall seats will be reserved to the Physically Handicapped children who can attend their work without anybody’s help based on the certificate issued by the Medical Board.

IV. Submission of Application Form:
Through ONLINE: 1. The applicant can submit his / her application through ONLINE visiting website www.tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in. There is no registration fee for submission of application through ONLINE.

2. Before filling the application through online the candidates have to read the information already uploaded in the website www.tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in.

3. Please upload the 50 kb photo and 30 kb signature of the student

4. The Candidates are advised to collect the Hall-tickets immediately after submission of application through online. The same has to be certified by the Principal / Head Master, where the candidate is studying.

TSICET 2016 Syllabus Test Pattern TS ICET Syllabus Download

The test is designed to measure the candidate's ability to think systematically, to use the verbal and mathematical skills and to assess his/her aptitude for admission into MBA/MCA programme. The Test emphasizes accuracy. Therefore, the candidate is required to go through the instructions carefully. This is an objective type test and the questions are of multiple choice. Out of the given options, the candidate has to choose the correct answer. If the Candidate gives more than one answer to any question, such answers will be ignored while awarding marks.

PATTERN OF THE TEST: The test consists of 200 questions of one mark each in the following topics.


I. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES:
1. Candidates are directed to carry the following into the examination hall a Ball Point Pen (Blue or Black)

2. Besides this, the candidate should not bring any other material including the instructions booklet, Papers, Cell Phones, etc., into the examination hall. Any candidate found in possession of any forbidden material, will be sent out of the examination hall.

3. Candidates must remain seated in their allotted places till the completion of the examination. In no case they will be allowed to leave the examination hall till the end of the examination. Before leaving the examination hall, the candidates must return the OMR Answer Sheet and data card to the invigilator.

4. Every candidate appearing for ICET–2015 shall be provided with a specially designed Optical Mark Reader (OMR) answer sheet on which the candidate has to mark the answer and other relevant data. The method of marking the answers is illustrated in this section. Candidates are advised to go through the instructions given for marking the answers and other entries on the Optical Mark Reader (OMR) answer sheet thoroughly and practice the same at their residence which should make it easy for them to answer in the examination hall

5. The Optical Mark Reader (OMR) answer sheet should be handled carefully by the candidates. They are advised not to fold, wrinkle or tear the answer sheet under any circumstance. Further, the candidates are advised not to scribble or make any marks on the answer sheet except marking the answers and other relevant data at the appropriate place on the answer sheet. Any violation of these instructions will automatically lead to disqualification of the candidate.

6. Candidates shall note that they will not be given a second blank Optical Mark Reader (OMR) answer sheet under any circumstance. Hence they are advised to be careful while handling their answer sheet.

7. Candidates shall read carefully the instructions before starting to answer the questions.

8. The question paper booklet given to the candidate shall consist of 200 multiple choice type questions in three different sections with four responses given to each question, out of which only one response is correct for the given question. Candidates shall mark the correct answer in Optical Mark Reader (OMR) answer sheet by darkening the appropriate circle with Ball Point Pen (Blue or Black). They should not use HB Pencil for this purpose under any circumstances.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA TO APPEAR FOR TSICET

a) The candidates should be Indian Nationals and should satisfy local/non-local status requirements laid down in the Telangana State Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admission) Order, 1974 as amended up to date (as per G.O. Ms.No. 25, dated: 19.03.2004 & G.O.Ms.No.108, dated 3-7-2005,Higher Education Department, dated 30-7-2005 and its amendments).

b) The candidates other than Indian Nationals should satisfy the rules of the Universities concerned

c) The candidates seeking admission

i) For MBA: Should have passed recognized Bachelors Degree Examination of minimum three years duration with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved categories) in the qualifying examination.

ii) For MCA: Should have passed recognized Bachelors Degree examination of minimum three years duration with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved categories) in the qualifying examination with Mathematics at 10+2 level.

d) The qualifying Degree obtained by Distance Mode Program should have recognition by joint committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC.

e) The candidates who are appearing for the final year degree examination shall also be eligible to appear for TSICET-2015

f) Admission into any college depends on its Recognition/Affiliation by the Statutory Bodies.

g) Qualifying marks in TSICET-2015 is 25% and no minimum marks are prescribed for SC/ST candidates.

Mere qualification in the entrance test does not entitle a candidate to have been admitted into MBA/MCA course unless the candidate:

i) appears for Counseling at the notified Centers

ii) applies in response to the admission notification issued by the authority concerned (for part-time\evening\distance mode)

iii) satisfies all the eligibility criteria for admission as stipulated by the authority concerned

Telangana PRTU State president G Harshavardhan has demanded that the government complete the process of uniform service rules of all the teachers before May 31,they asked The Telangana Govt take immediately action on this issue  and fill up all vacant MEO, deputy DEOs, DIET lecturers etc.

PRTU State president G Harshavardhan said that the government should also complete the process of rationalisation and transfers of teachers before May 31 so that the new academic year would not be disturbed. Stating that the teachers’ transfers should be conducted every five years instead of the existing eight years rule, he said that the government should relieve 1,602 teachers, who were transferred in 2013, by April 23.

Expressing concern over the declining enrolment of students into the government schools due to craze for English medium education, he urged the

government to start English medium schools from the LKG onwards by abolishing the Anganwadi centres. Demanding appointment of PETs in all schools, he also sought up gradation of language pandit posts as school assistants.

He also urged the government to provide PRC arrears in the form of cash through GPF instead of issuing in the form of bonds. Appealing the government to provide two years child care leave to the women employees including teachers, he also sought cash less treatment through health cards to all employees. Telangana State Public Service Commission Group – I to Group – IV Services - 2015.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates belonging to Backward Classes (BCs), Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs) for Common Screening Test for free coaching for Group – I to Group – IV Services Examinations to be conducted by the Telangana Service Public Commission.

The Duration of coaching is 90 days or upto the date of exam of either Group-I (Prelims) and Group-II written (Objective Type), conducted by TSPSC, whichever is less. (The Dept. may modify the duration as per schedule of the exam conducted by TSPSC.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. The candidates shall posses the qualifications which are mentioned in the Notification issued by T.S. Public Service Commission (TSPSC).
2. The candidate’s family income shall not exceed Rs. 1.00 Lakh per annum.
3. No person who is already working in any post in any cadre is eligible for this training.
4. The candidates who have already availed the coaching programme from this institute are not eligible for the present coaching programme.
5. The selection process of the candidates for the coaching programme is based on the Marks Obtained in the Online Screening Test, and preference given by the Candidate (i.e., for Gr.-I & Gr.-II coaching) in the Online Registration form and Reservation Percentage.
6. The seats are allocated to the candidates of different categories as follows
BCs – 66%, SCs – 20% & STs – 14%.
7. If the Marks being the same, unrepresented BC Community candidates, Woman Candidates and Physically Handicapped Candidates are preferred in the same order.
8. The Department has a right and may change any guidelines or norms as per the circumstances.

Free coaching will be provided to the selected candidates in T.S. Study Circles for BCs, in their Native Districts only @ 100 No’s per BC Study Circle. Apart from free Coaching, Study Material and Stipend will be provided. A combined TSPSC Group-I (Prelims) & Group-II written (objective type) will be provided for the selected candidates from 13-10-2015

The candidates shall register through online only in the website tsbcstudycircles.cgg.gov.in from 20–09–2015 onwards. The relevant certificates i.e., Certificates must be uploaded online by the Candidate at the time of Registration.

Telangana D.Ed first Year 2014 Results at ded.bsetelangana.org/

D.Ed 1st year 2014 annual exams result were declared on January 13th, 2015 by Directorate of Government Examinations(DGE and BSE) Telangana officials. A total number of members 15426 appeared for the ded first year exams which took place in November last year, Of them 14260 candidates have cleared the test. The pass percentage is 92% according to an official in education department.  Candidates who wish to apply for revaluation can do so by 27 January,2014.

Go 90 Transfer Travelling Allowance to Telangana Employees-PRC 2015

Transfer Travelling Allowance to TS Employees-TS/Telangana PRC 2015 :ALLOWANCES - Civil Services (Travelling Allowance) Rules - Recommendations of Tenth Pay Revision Commission - Transfer Travelling Allowance - Orders-G.O.Ms.No.90 Dated: 12-06-2015 - Issued.

Read the following:

1. G.O.Ms.No.128, Finance (TA) Dept., dated: 17.04.2010.
2. G.O.Ms.No.25, Finance (HRM.IV) Dept., dated: 18.03.2015.

Order:

The Tenth Pay Revision Commissioner has reviewed the existing Transfer Travelling Allowance as per the orders issued in the G.O. first read above and recommended on the following items:

1. (i) Enhancement of packing/loading and unpacking/ unloading charges for the transfers outside the state.

(ii) Enhancement of packing and unpacking charges for the transfers outside the zones.

(iii) Enhancement of packing and unpacking charges for the transfers within the zones.

2. Enhancement of disturbance allowance (Lump sum Transfer Grant)

3. Enhancement in the rates of mileage.

2. The Government, after careful consideration, have accepted the recommendations of Tenth Pay Revision Commission, relating to Transfer Travelling Allowance and hereby order as follows:-

Grades of Officers:

2.1. The classification of Officers into grades shall be as indicated below:

Grade-I Employees drawing pay in the revised scale of pay ofRs.49,870-1,00,770 (corresponding to Rs.25,600-50,560) and above.

Grade-II Employees drawing pay in the revised scale of pay of Rs.28,940-78,910 (corresponding to Rs.14860-39540) and upto and inclusive of Rs.46,060-98,440 (Corresponding to Rs.23,650-49,360).

Grade-III Rest of the employees.

2.2. Charges for the transport of personal effects :

The State Government employees are allowed the actual charges spent by the employee for the transport of personal effects subject to the following maximum amount admissible as per the Grade to which the employee belongs. These charges may be allowed irrespective of the mode of transport of personal effects between the two places either fully connected by rail, or fully not connected by rail but fully connected by road, or partly connected by rail and partly connected by road.

2.4. Disturbance Allowance or Lumpsum Travel Grant on transfer:

In case of transfer of an employee from any place within the State to Delhi and any other place outside the State and also in the case of transfer from Delhi and places outside the State to any place within the State, the Government employees are eligible for Disturbance Allowance or Lump sum Travel Grant for each transfer at the following rates.

(a) Grade – I : Rs.15,000/-
(b)Grade – II :Rs.12,000/-
(c) Grade - III : Rs.8,000/-

2.5. Mileage Allowance :

In cases when a journey between the places not connected either by railway or by a regular public motor service, is performed the employees are eligible for mileage allowance at the rates indicated below provided the place visited is situated outside a radius of 8 k.m. from headquarters or from one camp place to another camp place.

3. The claims already settled otherwise need not be reopened. Claims, which are not preferred but are pending, shall be admitted in audit in accordance with the above orders.
4. The existing Civil Services (Travelling Allowance) Rules and orders
issued from time to time shall continue to apply except as provided for in this order.

5. Application of these orders to the Officers of All India Services, employees drawing pay in the Revised Pay Scales, 2015 and employees drawing pay in the U.G.C. scales.

5.1 In so far as officers belonging to All India Services who are in Central
Scales of pay, are concerned, the classification of Grades shall be as follows:-

(a) Officers of All India Services in Junior Time scale shall be under Grade II under these orders.

(b) Officers belonging to All India Services other than those mentioned at (a) above shall come under Grade I under these orders.

(c) Employees drawing Pay in the U.G.C. Pay Scales of
1996/2006 of Rs.10000-15200 and Rs.15600-39100+ AGP Rs.7000 and above respectively shall come under Grade-I and remaining others shall come under Grade-II under these orders.

5.2. All India Service Officers serving the affairs of the State are allowed an option to choose either the rules of Government of India or the State Government rules for regulating their tour T.A., Transfer T.A. and T.A. for L.T.C.

6. For the employees continuing in the Revised Scales of Pay, 2010, the classification shall be the same as was in force prior to the introduction of Revised Scales of Pay, 2015, i.e. in the Government Order second read above, but the rates of Transfer Travelling Allowance will be as prescribed in this order.

7. These orders shall come into force with effect from 01.06.2015 i.e. for the journeys performed on or after 01.06.2015.

8. Necessary amendments to the Civil Services (Travelling Allowance) Rules, 1996 shall be issued in due course.

All the RJDSEs, DEOs, POs of SSA and Principals of DIETs, CTEs and IASEs and Director SCERT are hereby informed that vide reference cited, a meeting was conducted with the DIET Principals to discuss the procedures, norms and modalities for conduct of orientation to Vidya Volunteers. Following are the procedures, guidelines and financial norms for conducting Vidya Volunteers training programme.

TS Vidya Volunteers training programme guidelines:

Each batch of candidates shall be about 50 for SGTs. Further, subject specific strength for School Assistants as shown below the table.
The training venues may be High Schools/ DIETs with good infrastructure and facilities. The training starts at 09.00 AM and ends at 05.00 PM on all the days.
In case of trainees are around 50 to 80 in the entire District in a subject where one or two batches are required, a training may be conducted at DIETs or other places. In such cases, the lodging and boarding may be provided with Rs.300/- per candidate per day.
In case of less number of Vidya Volunteers against Urdu School Assistants with about 6 to 10 in the Districts, the training programme for all the Urdu School Assistant volunteers will be at DIET, Hyderabad in a residential way. All the DEOs are requested to send them to the DIET, Hyderabad. However, the CTE Hyderabad run the course.
The Headmaster of the High School may be placed as Course Director or any other suitable person as decided by the Principals of DIETs/ CTEs/ IASE in consultation with DEO.
The observers from the State Level i.e. the State Resource Group members will be drafted to observe and support the training programme.
The Handbooks for Vidya Volunteers must reach the Principals of TEIs on or before 15th October, 2015 so as to make use from planning day i.e. 16th October, 2015 onwards.
There shall be three (3) Resource Persons per batch representing Telugu, Maths and English each for SGTs. In case of School Assistants, three RPs may be taken for the same subject.
A one day planning meeting may be conducted on 16th October, 2015 at DIETs/ CTEs/ IASE and expenditure towards stationary, working lunch, tea and snacks may be met.
The Principals are requested to provide required stationary, note book, pen and other things in advance along with Handbooks to the training centre. The Principal should monitor the training programmes along with his staff members.
The TA, DA to the Principals attending meetings at SCERT regarding planning and other purposes pertaining to Vidya Volunteers training may be met from the training budget.
The Academic Monitoring Officer of SSA shall assist the Principals in conducting the training programmes from 13th October, 2015 onwards.
The entire budget towards the training of Vidya Volunteers of SGTs and School Assistants may be met from the training budget of SSA for the academic year 2015-16.
The Principals may furnish proposals on the approximate funds required towards conduct of the training programme based on the unit cost to the Project Officer of SSA for the release of the budget as advance by 15th October, 2015. The concerned Principals shall submit accounts along with original vouchers and attendance registers immediately after completion of the training programme to the PO, SSA. In case of any further budget based on the accounts submitted may be released.
The DIETs shall take up the training for Vidya Volunteers for both SGTs and School Assistants except in the Districts i.e. Hyderabad, Mahabubnagar, Warangal where CTEs and IASEs shall take up the training for School Assistants.
The DEOs may be requested to issue instructions to all the MEOs and Dy.EOs to depute the Vidya Volunteers and Resource Persons for the training as per the centers provided by Principals of DIET/ CTE/ IASE. The Vidya Volunteers may be asked to come with textbooks concerned.
The 3-day time table and session-wise details are enclosed.
The Principals may discuss the matter and arrangements with the DEOs concerned and conduct the training programme effectively.
The Director SCERT is requested to draft one or two SRGs to each District to visit the centres and support the RPs and training programmes
The Director SCERT and staff, RJDSEs, DEOs and POs of SSA are requested to visit the centres and monitor the programme.

In a solution to the long-pending demand of contract employees, State govt has decided to regularised of services of over 3,670 class Jr Colleges Lecturer employees.Telangana government has decided to regularize the contract employees who are working in Govt Jr Colleges in telangana.The Government after careful discussion take a decision on this issue. TS Govt Deputy CM and Education Minister Kadiyam Srihari has announced that the government would regularise the 3,670 contract lecturers in the govt junior colleges. Mostly which posts will be filled by regularisation,90 per cent of vacancies can be filled up through regularisation of the contract lecturers.”  This decision of the government was welcomed by the Telangana Government Colleges Contract Lecturers’ Association General Secretary K Suresh and we are thankful to Chief Minister K Chandrsekhar Rao for taking a decision on regularisation of lecturers.


 Guidelines will be released soon by the General Administration Department for implementing the process.
