• In first instance depute regular teachers wherever found excess in the Mandal to the needy schools within the Mandal
• Try to ensure to post one regular teacher in every school then allocate Vidhya Volunteer to Zero teacher school
• Restrict the requirement of Vidhya Volunteers to extent of sanctioned strength only

After following the above procedure finalize the requirement of Vidhya Volunteers and submit the school wise position of the needy schools for approval of the undersigned and they are requested to oversee till the process of engaging of Vidhya Volunteers is completed

Telangana State Level National Talent Search Examination NTSE Notification

It is hereby notified that State Level Talent Search(1st level) Examination for 10th class will be conducted on 08.11.2015 from 10.00AM to 01.00PM in telugu/hindhi/urdu/ and english media at all the head quarters of 10 districts in the telangana state.The student who are studying 10th class during the current academic year i.e 2015-2016 in any recognized school in telangana state including kendriya vidyalayas and schools affiliated to I.C.S.E and C.B.S.E.new delhi are onlyeligible to appear for the above said examinations.The students who have selected for NMMS scholarships and studying 10th class now may also eligible for NTSE but such candidates have to forego the further NMMS scholarships,if he/she is selected in NTS Examination.

1. Options given in the 1st Phase will not be considered for allotment and candidates have to exercise option afresh.

2. For Eligibility Criteria, Certificates to be produced and Help Line Centers refer earlier Notification and website: apicet.nic.in .

Candidates who are satisfied with their previous allotment need not exercise option once again. They shall note that if they exercise options now and a seat is allotted as per the options, the vacated seat will be allotted to next meritorious candidate and hence they will have no claim on previous allotment. Allotments will be placed on the website on 07.08.2015 after 6.00 PM. For other details please visit:apicet.nic.in . It is advised to exercise options for interested colleges/courses assuming that vacancies would arise in all colleges in the process of sliding. Candidates who have reported in the colleges shall also verify whether their joining is updated by college or not by following the link “View joining details” in the Candidates Login and alert the colleges accordingly.

ATTENTION OF CANDIDATES

1. It is informed that the Final phase of Option entry for eligible candidates is on 05.08.2015 and 06.08.2015 and allotments will be placed on website https://apicet.nic.in on 07.08.2015.
2. The cut off date for reporting after final phase is 13.08.2015 and the candidate is advised to report on or before the cut off date, and submit originals and fee if any.
3. The request for the re-allotment after Final phase i.e. for change of college or course once again will not be entertained under any circumstances.
4. If any candidate wishes to cancel his/her provisional allotment after final phase, the Candidate is advised to Cancel in the College itself.
5. Pending certificates like income certificate have to be produced at the respective Help Line centre before 13.08.2015 Positively.
