Notification for Admission under NCC/NSS/Sports, CAP, PH, NIQ and Teacher/Lab. Asst. Categories:All the candidates, who are seeking admission under special categories (NCC/NSS/Sports, CAP, PH, NIQ and Teacher/Lab. Asst.) into various PG courses through OUCET-2015, are hereby informed that the counseling for admission under these categories will be conducted from 11.08.2015. The detailed day wise schedule of counseling under these categories and the instructions for candidates called for counseling are placed in the website. Candidates attending the counseling must come with all relevant certificates along with 2 sets of xerox copies and requisite fee. Candidates are advised to go through the instructions carefully.

1.The Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) invites online applications from the employees of Telangana state for May-2015 Session Departmental Tests examinations scheduled to be held from 04-10-2015 to 09-10-2015 at 9 District Head Quarters of Telangana State including Hyderabad (Ranga Reddy District clubbed with Hyderabad).

2. The Tests will be held in accordance with the A.P Departmental Tests Rules – 1965 as per the Governments letter (No.559/Ser.C/A2/2014, dt: 22-1-2015)

3. The Candidates are instructed to pay an amount of Rs. 50/- towards application fee in addition to the Examination fee of Rs.50/- for each paper. Application Form, Time-Table and other details are available in the Commission’s Website www.tspsc.gov.in Applicants shall apply the Departmental Test for November 2014 Session examinations through ON-LINE ONLY

ELIGIBILITY TO APPEAR FOR THE TEST (S)

ONLY THE EMPLOYEES WORKING IN THE RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENTS of Telangana State ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THE TESTS MENTIONED BELOW. However, Secretariat employees wherever the rules permit are allowed to appear for any Departmental Test in order to get eligibility for appointment by transfer/ promotion to other Services, on payment of the prescribed fee.

a) Commercial Taxes Department: Paper Code No:6& 7. (Written Examination)

b) Treasuries and Accounts Department: Paper Code No: 31,46,64,79,89,100,114 and 129.

N.B:- Typists-cum-Assts. working in Finance and Planning (Finance Wing) are also eligible to appear for the Treasuries & Accounts Service Examination.

N.B: The respective Service Rules should be referred to by the candidates for deciding the eligibility or otherwise to apply for the Tests.

(ii) The following Tests bearing Paper Code numbers are open to all, whether the applicant is in Government Service or not. Paper Code No. 5, 8, 10, 18, 19, 27, 28, 36, 43, 45, 49, 62, 67, 77, 98, 108, 127, 136, 137, 141, 142, 144 to 148 and 155.

(iii) Other Tests can be written by any Government Servant, whether working in the same Department or not THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY PASSED THE TEST SHOULD NOT APPLY AGAIN. IF ANY SUCH CASE COMES UP TO THE NOTICE OF THE COMMISSION, HE/SHE IS LIABLE FOR SEVERE DISCIPLINARY ACTION BY THE DEPARTMENT BESIDES CANCELLATION OF THE TEST PASSED SECOND TIME BY HIM/HER.

OUCET 2015 Online Registration and Excercising of Web Options Process-OUPGCET

Online Registration Process and Exercising of Web Options for all eligible candidates open from 17.07.2015 to 23.07.2015

1. Open the website www.ouadmissions.com or www.osmania.ac.in . Home page will be displayed as follows.

2. Read the Important Instructions carefully before proceeding for the Step-1 of Web Counseling, i.e. Online Registration. Click the OUCET 2015 link on the page. The OUCET-2015 page is opened.

3. Click on Registration cum Web Options link for Registration process. The following web counselling page will be displayed.

4. Step 1 : REGISTRATION

I. Click “Registration” button at Step 1. The following screen will be displayed.

II. Enter the Hall ticket Number, Rank in the concerned subject and Date of birth.

III. Click Submit button.

IV. The candidate’s information with photograph will be displayed on the screen.

V. Go through the entire information displayed on the screen and verify your details. If any discrepancy is noticed contact Office of The Directorate of Admissions, OU or e-mail to: doaou2014@gmail.com. Also, you can call the help line numbers 8686824649 and 9494356283 for the necessary assistance. Click the “NEXT” button to proceed further.

VI. A verification screen to enter the mobile number and e-mail ID is displayed. Enter your Mobile Number and E-mail ID and click “SUBMIT” button. (Note: The Mobile number and email ID provided will be registered and used for all future correspondence. Take care while entering your mobile number and email ID).

VII. After verification, USER NAME and PASSWORD will be sent to your e-mail ID and registered mobile number.

5. EXERCISING WEB OPTIONS:

I. Click on the Login for Web Options at STEP 2. The following screen is displayed.

II. Enter the USERNAME and PASSWORD sent to your e-mail ID and mobile number.

III. A screen with list of colleges offering the course, type of seat (Regular/ Payment), type of college (University Campus, Constituent, Affiliated, etc.), etc. are shown as below on the left hand side of the table.

IV. To Select the Option: Select the colleges as per your preference on the left hand side table and click RIGHT ARROW button. The selected college will be added to options table on the right hand side.

V. To Delete the Option: Select the option and click “LEFT ARROW” button. The selected option will be deleted and moved to the left side of the table.

VI. To Change the Priority: Select the college option whose priority has to be changed and press the UP/DOWN arrow button available to the right side of the table to move up/down by one level.

VII. To Save and view the Options: Click the “SAVE AND VIEW” button in order to save and view the options. Verify thoroughly the colleges and their priority. In case if you are not satisfied with the options, click the “BACK” button to once again exercise the options.

VIII. To Modify the Saved options: Before the Final submission of options, the candidate can modify the already exercised and saved options till the last date of web options by logging into the web options page.

IX. To Freeze the Saved Option: The saved options can be freezed (Fixed) by clicking the “FINAL SUBMISSION” button. Once the options are freezed, further changes in options cannot be made. A copy of the list of selected colleges as per your order of preference as shown below will be sent to your registered email. You can also take a printout of the same.

7. The exercising of options will be closed at 12.00 mid night on the last date specified for web options in the notification.

9. The options registered in the server will be frozen automatically on the last day specified in the notification and shall be used for seat allotment.

10. The options will be processed on the dates specified and the results will be communicated through SMS to the registered mobile number.

Do's and Don'ts

• Do not select college / course casually in which you are not interested.
• Avoid using slow internet facility.
• Allotments will be made in the order of preference of options given by the candidates. Therefore exercise utmost care while entering options.
• Allotments will be made on the basis of the rank and by following the rules of reservation.
• Allotment made in the web counselling is final and cannot be altered under any circumstances.
• Office of the Directorate of Admissions is not responsible for any technical or human errors committed from candidate’s side while exercising options.
• Keep your mobile with you while exercising options and do not block SMS.
• Use GOOGLE CHROME browser for trouble free operation.
• Do not use JAVA script blocker plugin.
• Ensure that popup window blocker is disabled.

The qualified candidates of TS EdCET-2015 Examination are informed to attend the certificate verification for exercising web options for admission into two years B.Ed. course for the academic year 2015-16 on the dates mentioned against their state-wide rank and methodology, in any one of the Helpline Centers (HLCs) (See Annexure-I) with all original certificates as detailed below

CERTIFICATES TO BE PRODUCED BY ALL CANDIDATES

• TS EdCET-2015 Rank Card
• TS EdCET-2015 Hall Ticket
• Degree certificate of qualifying exam and memorandum of marks
• Intermediate Memo-cum pass certificate or its equivalent
• SSC or its equivalent marks memo
• Study certificates from 9th class to graduation
• Residence certificate (in case where the candidate had private study without any institutionalized education)
• Residence certificate of either of parents in Telangana for 10 years in case of non-local candidates excluding
• the period of employment outside the state. This certificate should be obtained from the Tahsildar.
• Transfer Certificate (TC)
• Income certificate issued after 01.01.2015
• Aadhar Card
• Caste certificate issued by Competent Authority (in case of SC/ST/BC).
• PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority status (mentioned in Graduation/Post Graduation TC) certificates wherever
• applicable.
• Xerox Copies of two sets of the original certificates

Fee to be paid at the time of certificate verification:

1. Processing Fee (non refundable) for SC/ST candidates Rs. 250/- and for others Rs. 500/-

2. The Tuition Fee for Government/University/Aided/ Private Unaided Colleges varies from Rs. 2,700/- to Rs.20,200/- and a special fee of Rs. 3,000/- shall be paid after final allotment at the respective colleges subject to decision of the Government for the academic year 2015-16.

3. Tuition fee particulars and seats available under Convener Quota College wise will be notified on the website (http://tsedcet.tsche.ac.in) well before the commencement of counseling (option entry). Tuition Fee and Special Fee as fixed by the Government shall be paid per annum.

4. The fee reimbursement for eligible candidates is subject to the guidelines issued by the Government from time to time.

Other Details:
1. Mere attending for Web Counseling does not guarantee a seat.
2. The list of HLCs are provided in Annexure-I.

TS Dietcet 2016 Exam Pattern Instructions

• (a) The subject and syllabi of the test shall be of the standard of Classes VIII to X of A.P State Syllabus for Part-II &Part III of the test.
• (b) The medium of Entrance Test: Question paper shall be in Telugu/English and Urdu/English.
• (c) The candidates who have studied SSC/Intermediate in the medium concerned (Telugu, Urdu, English ) or who studied Telugu or Urdu as first language in SSC or its equivalent or who studied as one of the above languages in part II in Intermediate exam are alone eligible for admission of seats into concerned medium viz. Telugu/Urdu/English offered by the Institution concerned.
• (d) Only the candidates who obtain qualifying marks in the DEECET shall be assigned ranks as per order of merit. However SC & ST candidates shall be given rank, irrespective of marks secured by them in DEECET.
• (e) No requests for re-totaling of marks, revaluation of answer scripts or personal identification of answer scripts will be entertained.
• (f) The DEECET will be conducted at different examination centers to be constituted at District Head quarters and any other places identified by the District Authorities.

As per the Public Service Commission Regulations, Telangana State Public Service Commission conducts Departmental Examinations for employees working in various Departments under State Government of Telangana. TS Dietcet 2016 Eligibility-Telangana Deecet Qualifications Educational Qualifications,Age limit:TS/Telangana Dietcet 2015 Online applications for Category-A seats (Convenor Quota) are invited from candidates who intend to take admission into two year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.Ed.,) in Government District Institutes of Educational Training (DIETs) and Private Elementary Teacher Training Institutions in the state to be conducted by Department of School Education, Government of Telangana on Sunday, 9th August 2015 in all 10 Districts of the State.Qualification of  Dietcet 2015 for appear examination is as follows

TS Deecet 2015 Eligibility Criteria for admission

• A. Candidate should be of Indian Nationality.
• B. The candidate should satisfy Local/Non-Local Status requirements as laid down in the A.P. Educational Institutions (Regulation of admission) Order 1974 as subsequently amended.
• C. Candidate should have obtained a rank in DEECET 2015 and should satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed.
• D. Age Limit: The candidates should have completed 17 years as on 01-09-2015. There is no upper age limit.
• E. Educational Qualifications:
  
  
  I. The candidate who passed or appeared for the 10+2 Final Examinations (qualifying examination) March-2015 or its equivalent are eligible to appear for the entrance test. But they should have passed the qualifying examination by the time of admission.
  
  
  II. The candidate should have secured 50 percent of marks in aggregate in qualifying examination. The minimum percentage of marks in the case of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Physically Challenged candidates shall, however, be 45 percent.’
  
  
  Note: The candidates who passed Intermediate examination with vocational course(s) are not eligible.
• F. Qualifying marks: Candidates belonging to “OC” and “BC” communities shall secure at least 35 percent marks in DEECET for assigning rank in the CET. However there shall be no minimum qualifying marks in respect of SC/ST candidates for allotment of seats reserved under the respective categories.

A Common Entrance Test, designated as AP Education Common Entrance Test-2015 (APEd.CET-2015) will be conducted by the CONVENER, APEd.CET-2015, Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education for admission in to B.Ed (Two years) Regular Course in the Colleges of Education in Andhra Pradesh State for the academic year 2015-2016.

AP Ed.Cet 2015 Web Options Process

1. The options selection page contains two tables ◦Colleges, courses and Coursetype on the lefthand side of the page.
   
   
   ◦Selected options in the order of priority on the righthand side.
2. Enter Hall Ticket Number, Registration No, Password and Date of Birth on the top.
   
   
   If everything you entered is correct, List of available colleges, courses, course type combinations are shown in the lefthand side table. You can filter the list in two ways by ◦District.
   ◦Starting letter of the college code(short code of 4 letters).
3. To select the option: click on the college and course on the lefthand side table and click ADD button. An alert box will pop up asking confirmation to add the option. The selected college will be added to options table on the right hand side as last option.
4. To delete the option: Select an option and click "Delete" Button. The selected option will be deleted and the options will be renumbered automatically.
5. To change the priority: Select the option whose priority you want to change, drag and drop at the required place. The options will be renumbered automatically. (OR) Select the option and press the UP/DOWN arrow buttons present in between the tables to move up/down one level.
6. To Save the options: Click the SAVE button in order to save the options in the server. After clicking, the SAVE button, a window prompts for PASSWORD. One Time Password(OTP) would be sent to your mobile which is valid for 15mins only. If the password is correct, then you will land onto a new page where all your options along with priority will be displayed.
7. Print Order of Preference of Options: You can print order of preference of options once you SAVE the options. You can also take a printout of the options from Webcounselling Details Menu and also from Home Page.

AP ICET 2015 Exercising of Web Options-APICET Online Registration Process:

All the candidates, who have qualified in AP ICET - 2015 for admission into various Colleges are hereby informed that the Online Registration Process and Exercising of Web Options for all eligible candidates will be open from (   Updated Soon..) to (Updated Soon..). Once the process of exercising of web options is over, a provisional allotment list of candidates for possible admission into various colleges will be generated through web based counseling. After this, only those candidates, who are in the provisional allotment list, will be called for certificate verification for the purpose of final allotment of the admission. In case if any of these candidates is not fulfilling the eligibility conditions or in the event of any wrong claims, his/her admission will be rejected.

AP ICET 2015 Certificate Verification Schedule-APICET 2015:The qualified candidates of A.P-ICET-2015 are informed to attend certificate verification in any one of the Help Line Centers (HLCs) as per the schedule given under. The list of Help Line centres, the distribution of Ranks for each Help Line Centre for Certificate Verification, See the Annexure-I for OC/BC/SC/Minority Category Candidates and Annexure-II for ST Category candidates and all other important information is placed on the Website: https://apicet.nic.in and candidates are informed to visit this website before they go for Certificate Verification.

AP ICET 2015 Certificate Verification Schedule-APICET 2015

Eligibility: Candidates who secured 50% (For OC) and 45% (SC/ST/BC) aggregate marks in Degree or its equivalent examination are only eligible for admission.

CERTIFICATES TO BE PRODUCED BY ALL CANDIDATES

All original certificates like

• A.P-ICET-2015 Hall Ticket, 
• Rank Card, 
• Degree Marks Memos, Pass Certificate
•  Intermediate Marks Memo, 
• S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo, 
• IX to Degree Study Certificates,

Verification of Certificates of the Candidates for OC/BC/SC/Minority categories will be done in all the Help Line Centres as per the schedule given below. However, Certificate verification of ST Category Candidates will be done in Help Line Centres only indicated with ** in Annexure-II (For details visit website: https://apicet.nic.in).

Candidates are informed that where there is more than one Help Line Centre in one location, the ranks are distributed Help Line Centre wise and placed on website: https://apicet.nic.in and hence they are informed to attend for certificate verification in the HLC where their ranks are mentioned. TS Dietcet 2015 Online Application submission Procedure,Fee,Exam Date-Deecet

TS/Telangana Dietcet 2015 Online Application submission Procedure,Fee,Exam Date:Online applications for Category-A seats (Convenor Quota) are invited from candidates who intend to take admission into two year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.Ed.,) in Government District Institutes of Educational Training (DIETs) and Private Elementary Teacher Training Institutions in the state to be conducted by Department of School Education, Government of Telangana on Sunday, 9th August 2015 in all 10 Districts of the State.

TS Deecet 2015 Fee and submission of Application Online 

The fee prescribed for appearing for DEECET (including examination fee) is Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two hundred only). Candidates shall pay the fee through APONLINE or through Payment Gateway between 08-07-2015 to 20-07-2015 and submit online application at the DEECET website http://tsdeecet.cgg.gov.in between 09-07-2015 to 21-07-2015 by 5.00 PM

Examination Centers for DEECET 2015

DEECET shall be conducted in all the 10 District Head Quarters of the State. Candidate can choose any District of his choice for examination center. However, when the capacity of any particular District gets exhausted that particular District will not be displayed in the list of examination centers given in the online application form. In such case the candidate has to choose another District of his/her choice from the remaining list available for examination centre.

Procedure for submission of TS Deecet 2015 online application

Candidates can apply for DEECET – 2015 to be held on Sunday, 09-08- 2015 Applications will be received for Category-A seats (Convenor Quota) only through ‘ONLINE’ DEECET website http://tsdeecet.cgg.gov.in from 09-08-2015.

Detailed procedure for applying ONLINE is given in the Information Bulletin. Candidates can download the ‘Information Bulletin’ free of cost from the DEECET website: http://tsdeecet.cgg.gov.in from 08-07-2015 onwards. Candidates can submit their applications through online from 09-07-2015 to 21-07-2015

Steps to be followed in submission of TS Dietcet 2015 online application

• i. The candidates shall first download the ‘Information Bulletin’ free of cost from the DEECET website http://tsdeecet.cgg.gov.in, go through it carefully and satisfy their eligibility for appearing for DEECET, 2015.
• ii. The candidate after satisfying herself/himself about the eligibility criteria for DEECET shall pay a fee of Rs.200.00 through APONLINE between 08-07-2015 and 20-07-2015 for submission of application thorugh Online. At the APONLINE or through Payment Gateway, the candidate has to give the required preliminary data (i.e. Name of the candidate, Date of birth, Gender, whether the candidate belongs to A.P. and mobile phone number). On receipt of fee at APONLINE the candidate shall be issued a ‘Journal Number’ with which she/he can proceed with submission of application online. Issue of Journal Number does not mean that the candidate has completed submission of application online. It is only a confirmation of the fee received.
• iii. The candidates shall follow the procedure for submission of online application as given in this ‘Information Bulletin’ and user guide and instructions provided online while filling up the online application form. The Candidate should be ready with photograph of size 3.5X3.5cms before filling in on-line application.’
  
  a) Paste the photograph on a white paper and sign below (sign in Black Ink only). Look for the sample at point 12 (iii), of the Information Bulletin on Page No.09. Ensure that the signature is within the box. Scan the required size containing the photograph and signature. Please do not scan the complete page. The entire image consisting of photo along with signature is required to be scanned and stored in *.jpeg format on local machine. Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50kb. If the size of the image is more than 50 kb, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as dpi resolutions, number of colours during the process of scanning.
  
  b) Applications with no photo / unclear photo / inadequate size photograph will be rejected. Hall – Ticket will not be issued to such candidates. Hence, after pressing the ‘UPLOAD’ button check if the photo is of required size, clear and is of the same candidate of whom the details are to be filled in the application. If the photo is smaller in size, not clear or does not belong to the candidate press ‘BACK’ button below the photograph on the application form and restart with scanning of the photograph
  
  c) Complaints relating to mismatch of photograph and candidate details will not be accepted after submission of application at any cost.

Date and Timings of DEECET

DEECET will be conducted on 9th August 2015 in all the Districts of the State. The test will be conducted from 10.30 AM to 12.30 PM (2 hours)
