TS ICET 2016 Notification Online Application Telangana :The telangana state/TS Integrated Common Entrance Test ICET for admission into MBA and MCA programmes will be held May 19th.The results will be declared on May 31st 2016..The schedule of TS ICET 2016 was released on 25.02.2016,after the TS ICET 2016 committee met at Telangana State Council of Higher Education(TSCHE) in Hyderabad.

TS ICET 2016 Notification Online Application Telangana

Application forms can be submitted Online from March 1st to April 5th.The notification will be issued on February 28th.The registration fee is Rs 350 for general candidates Rs 250 for SC/ST candidates.The last date for registration is April 16th and with a late fee till May 16th.Hall Tickets can be download from April 29th onwards. Preliminary key will be released on on May 21st.

OUCET 2016 1st 2nd Final Phase Web Counselling Web Options Dates

OUCET 2015 exercising of 2nd and Final Phase of web options will commence from 17.08.2015 and ends on 20.08.2015.The candidates can edit/change the options exercised by them during this phase on 21.08.2015,2nd and Final Phase allotment order will be generated after 21.08.2015.Candidates can be download their allotment order from official website oucet.ouadmissions.com

OUCET 2016

It is hereby informed that the exercising of 2nd and Final Phase of web options by all the qualified candidates in OUCET-2015 (in the courses in which the options were exercised during 1st phase) will commence from 17.08.2015 and ends on 20.08.2015. The web options given during 1st phase are no more valid and stand cancelled automatically. Therefore, all those candidates who wish to participate in the 2 nd phase must exercise their options freshly. Those candidates who were allotted an admission in the 1st phase can also exercise the options if they wish to slide the admission from one college to other college.

The candidates must note that if an admission is allotted in the 2nd phase of web options, the existing admission (taken during 1st phase) will be automatically cancelled. Therefore the candidates need to be careful while exercising the options.

Those candidates who have not given any options or those who have given options during 1st phase but not allotted any admission or not taken any admission during 1st phase can also exercise the web options during this phase. Since this is final phase of web options, all the interested candidates qualified in OUCET 2015 must exercise their options within the stipulated dates. They are also advised to be extremely careful while giving options and ensure that the selected options are finally submitted.

Detailed instructions and procedure for exercising web options is available in the website. Candidates are advised to go through them carefully before exercising the options.

1. Candidates seeking into Admissions into Two Year D.El.Ed Course in the State for 2015-17 batch will be made as per the rank obtained in DEECET 2015 through Web Based Counseling.

2. The process of admission involves three stages:

• 1. Online submission of preferences of colleges through Web Based counseling.
• 2. Allotment of seats and download of Provisional Admission Letter.
• 3. Issue of Final Admission Letter after verification of certificates and payment of course fee at the district level venue identified by the Chairman DEECET 2015 and on the dates given on the Provisional Admission Letter.

3. The Web Based Counseling in First Phase will be conducted from 18-02- 2016 to 22-02-2016.

4. To begin with, download the list of kept on the website http://tsdeecet.cgg.gov.in

5. For submission of preferences (options) pay a fee of Rs.60/- at any of the APONLINE centers giving your minimum details and obtain Transaction ID / Journal Number.

6. After obtaining the Transaction ID / Journal Number login to the website http://tsdeecet.cgg.gov.in and Click on the link ‘Submission of Preferences for Admission’.

7. The list of districts will be displayed on the screen. Select the districts into which you wish to seek admission. The list of colleges in those districts will be displayed.

8. Follow the ‘On Screen’ instructions and messages that are given during the course of selection of your preferences (Colleges).

9. Before pressing the ‘Submit’ button please check thoroughly the preferences submitted by you (by the candidates)

10. After submission of preferences download the PDF of submitted preferences list and read the Declaration and Disclaimers.

11. Each candidate will be allowed to change their preferences (options) submitted by them for two times between 18-02-2016 to 22-02-2016.

12. Submission of preferences through Web Based Counseling is not the end of admission procedure. It is only registration for admission. Admissions will be made exclusively in the order of merit.

13. There is no limit to the number of preferences (options) of colleges to be given. The chances of allotment of seat will be more if the number of preferences of colleges submitted is more.

14. If you are provisionally selected for admission to any of the colleges opted by you will be sent through SMS on your mobile. Download the Provisional Admission Letter from 26-02-2016 onwards from http://deecet.cgg.gov.in and follow guidelines given on it with regard to certificate verification and fee payment.

15. Final Admission Letter will be issued after verification of Certificates at the district level venue (at Government DIET Colleges of the Concerned District) on the dates given in the Provisional Admission Letter

AP Memo 38540 Stagnation Increments  in PRC 2015 Details

1.In the reference first cited, it was clarified that the stagnation increments in prc 2015 shall be treated as regular increments for all purposes such as fixation of pay on promotion, Automatic Advancement Scheme, Pension etc.

2. In the Circular Memo second cited, it was further clarified that with the sanction of stagnation increments, the pay in the revised scales shall be fixed at the next stage by adding the stagnation increments to the maximum of the scale and if the aggregate is more than the elongated scale even after allowing three stagnation increments, then the difference will be treated as ‘Personal Pay’ to be absorbed in future increase of the pay.

3. In the reference third cited orders were issued revising the pay scale of State Government employees to be implemented notionally with effect from 01-07-2013, with monetary benefit from 02-06-2014 and the benefits of the Revised Pay Scales of Pay, 2015 would be paid in cash starting from the salary for the month of April, 2015.

4. In the reference fourth cited an amendment was issued to the Government Order third cited that in the event of stagnation five increments shall be allowed beyond the time scale in the Revised Pay Scales of Pay 2015. The stagnation increments shall be treated as regular increments for all purposes such as fixation of pay on promotion, Automatic Advancement Scheme, Pension etc.

5. In the reference fifth cited, Director of Treasury and Accounts, Hyderabad has requested the Government to clarify as to whether the stagnation increments in prc 2015 elongate the scale wherever required.

6. The principle raised by the Director of Treasury and Accounts in her letter fifth cited was already covered in the Circular Memo second cited with the only variation that five ap stagnation increments in PRC 2015 are allowed in the Revised Pay Scales, 2015.

7. It is, therefore, hereby clarified that while fixing the Pay in Revised Pay Scales, 2015 in case the aggregate of emoluments and the fitment worked out as per Rule 6(a) read with Rule 2(2) of the A.P. Revised Scales of Pay Rules, 2015 is more than the maximum of the scale of pay as per sub-rule (4) of Rule 2 of the above said rule, the pay in the revised scale shall be fixed at the next stage by adding the stagnation increments to the maximum of the scale mentioned in rule sub rule (4) of rule 2. If the aggregate of the existing emoluments and the fitment benefit mentioned above is more than the elongated scale even after allowing five stagnation increments in prc 2015, then the difference shall be treated as ‘Personal Pay’ to be absorbed in future increases of pay.

8. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, Pay and Accounts Officer., A.P. Hyderabad and the Director of Works and Accounts are requested to follow the above guidelines scrupulously.
