Rational for starting the next year syllabus from March last week onwards
• In order to value the answer scripts and declare results, the annual examinations are pre-poned and conducted in the first week of April, 2015. In this regard, meaningful engagement of the children after exams i.e. for the period 10th to 23rd April is become an issue and majority Head Masters and private school managements complained that children do not come if we do not engage properly.
• Starting the next year syllabus for a period of one month before closing of schools for summer vacation enable children to read the books, doing the projects in the summer vacation. This helps the children to acquaint children with next year syllabus.
• Children will meaningfully engaged and full attendance may be expected we start next year syllabus.
• The first Formative work i.e. projects, written assignments, book reading and review etc. may be completed by the students during summer vacation.
• All the CBSE school are following this pattern of starting the next year syllabus during March and April. They conduct annual exams and declare results before second week of March of every year and start new syllabus from third week of March onwards.

4. Lr.No.01/General-1/2012-13,Director of Insurance, Telangana,Hyderabad, dated:19.12.2014.

@@@@@@@@@@

Order:

1.In the reference 1st read above, the Government have constituted a Committee to study the possibilities of simplification of procedures and efficient functioning of the Department to render quick service to the Policy holders.

2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Committee has submitted a report to the Government, wherein it was recommended for Online Payment of Loans & Claims in place of existing procedure of issuing Cheques / Bank Drafts.

3. In the reference 3rd read above, the Government have issued orders for permission to the Director of Insurance to undertake Online Payments of Loans&Claims through NEFT to the Policy Holders in accordance with the procedure laid down by the Banks.

4. In the reference 4thread above, the Director of Insurance has stated that Online payments towards sanction of Loan and settlement of Claim to the Policyholders, at the time of beginning the process was implemented for certain transactions through NEFT as per procedure shown by the State Bank of Hyderabad in District Insurance Office, Hyderabad on trial and check basis which was proved successful and gave good results, After examining the experience and results of this procedure of payments it has been implemented in the remaining District Insurance offices where the P.D. Account under 8011-105-01 is maintained by the Treasury Branches of State Bank of Hyderabad. Consequently the payments are being made Online successfully to the policyholders irrespective of their Accounts with S.B.H or Non S.B.H branches. However this system is taking about three days to credit the amount to the Accounts of policy holders. Hence to avoid such delay and making quick and easier payments to thepolicy holders, the Department had approachedthe Bankauthorities, who suggested to adopt the system of Corporate Internet Banking (CINB)which is quicker and easier for making payments. The District Insurance Office staff need not to approach the banking authorities for each and every time of payment. They can do it from their office only as per procedure laid down by the Banking authorities. Now, the Director of Insurance has requested the Government to accord permission for implementation of the CINB system in the accordance with the procedure laid down by the Banks.

5. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby accord permission to the Director of Insurance to make the payments of Loans & Claims to the Policy Holders through the CINB system initially in District Insurance Office, Hyderabad in accordance with procedure laid down by the Banks where the Letter of Credit Accounts are being operated by the concerned District Insurance offices and to extend the same to remaining District Insurance Offices after examining the experience and result.

6. The Director of Insurance, Telangana, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action.

TS Govt Tenth PRC Fitment 43% is announced for Telangana Employees

Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Thursday announced the New Year bonanza, though late by a month, to the State Government employees with 43 per cent fitment in pay scales. The hike in salaries will be implemented retrospectively from June 2, 2014 and the new salary would be paid from March.
prc fitment in telangana state,10th PRC fitment 43%,Telangana PRC Fitment,10th PRC 43% Fitment for Telangana Employees Teachers,10th PRC 43% Fitment. ,Pay Revision Commission (PRC), Telangana employees to get 43 per cent salary fitment, Chief Minister KCR announces hike Telangana PRC Fitment 43%. Telangana Govt Fitment 43%. Telagnana 43% Fitment G.O. Telangana Govt Employees Pensioners Fitment G.O

Telagnana Govt has decided to give  10th PRC fitment 43% their employees Pensioners and Teachers  .Telangana State Govt Employees, Teachers will get 43% Fitment for tenth PRC. This will be implemented from 2nd June 2014. 43% Fitment G.O will be issued tomorrow. This is really a good news for Telangana Employees. The 10th PRC has recommended only 29% fitment of Basic Pay for AP and Telangana state govt employees. But the state govt has announced 43% Fitment for its employees.
When pointed out that the Government had decided to hike the salaries much in excess to the recommendation of 29 per cent fitment made by the 10th Pay Revision Commission (PRC), the Chief Minster said that there were several instances of State Governments taking decisions to hike the salaries beyond the PRC recommendations.

He hailed the role of Telangana employees in the movement for separate statehood to the region and they did not fear even to face legal cases to be part of the movement including their historic participation in the sakala janula samme that went on for 42 days. Thus the State owed a great deal to the employees for their resolve in the movement.

Stating that there were several anomalies and scale disparities in salaries, Mr. Chandrasekhar Rao announced that the Pradeep Chandra Committee would continue its work to look into such issues. The decision was taken without wasting more time as the Election Commission was likely to announce the schedule for Council elections in the State anytime and in that event the pay revision would get postponed further, he explained.

Recollecting his promise of ensuring an employee-friendly government, the Chief Minister said that the service scales and rules would be rationalised and streamlined as they were bulky and contradictory practically in some cases.

(1) D.A. admissible as on 01/07/2013 i.e., 63.344% may be added to the Basic pay.

(2) 29% of the basic pay may be added to the total of Basic pay + D.A. arrived at (1) above;

(3) The pay of the employees should be fixed in the relevant revised scale at the stage next above the amount arrived at as at (2) above;

(4) If an employee’s pay when fixed as above falls short of the minimum in the revised pay scale, it shall be fixed at the minimum of the scale;

(5) If the amount so fixed exceeds the maximum, the excess shall be treated as personal pay and it should be absorbed in future pay increases or in the stagnation increments sanctioned.
