About NTSE Scholarship

  1. National Talent Search Examination (First Level) is conducted by Directorate of Government Examinations, A.P., Hyderabad as per directions of NCERT, New Delhi every year in the month of November along with NMMS Examination.
  2. All students in the state who are studying X Standard in any of the recognized schools can write the examination.
  3. The number of scholarships will be allocated by NCERT every year. The candidates will be selected to the Second Level basing on the merit and as per the reservation norms given by NCERT.
  4. 1000 candidates every year are being selected in Second Level Examination all over the country.
  5. Scholarship will be paid by the NCERT, New Delhi. Rs.1250/- per month for Intermediate 1st and 2nd years. Rs.2000/- per month up to Post Graduation. For Ph.D as per UGC norms.

CERTIFICATES TO BE PRODUCED BY ALL CANDIDATES:

Eligibility for admission and selection for methodology

Candidates satisfying the following requirements shall be eligible to appear for TSEd.CET-2015.

1. The Candidates should be Indian National.
2. The Candidates should satisfy Local/Non-Local status requirements as laid down in the Telangana Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order 1974 as subsequently amended.
3. Educational Qualifications: Candidates should have secured a minimum of 50% marks either in the Bachelors Degree i.e. B.A./B.Sc./B.Sc. (Home Science)/B.Com./B.C.A./B.B.M and or in the Masters Degree in relevant subject or 5years integrated course in the relevant subject of methodology or any other qualification equivalent thereto. Candidates should have secured a minimum of 55 % marks in B.E/B.Tech with Science/Mathematics as one of the subject or any other qualification equivalent there to, are eligible for admission to the programme However, the candidates belonging to all other reserved categories i.e. S.C., S.T., B.C. (A/B/C/D/E), and Physically handicapped should have secured a minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying examination.

Note: As per the GOMS No: 92, the candidates who passed M.B.B.S/B.D.S/B.A.M.S./ B.L/ L.L.B/ B.A. (Languages)/ B.O.L etc. and other such professional courses are not eligible for admission into B.Ed course.

ELIGIBILITY

1- Mathematics Candidates: with B.A. / B.Sc. / B.E / B.Tech., with Mathematics as one of the subjects or B.C.A. candidates with Mathematics at Intermediate level as a group subject

3- Biological Sciences:Candidates with B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Home Science) who have studied Botany and Zoology or allied Life Sciences under Part II group subjects or B.C.A candidates with Biological Sciences at intermediate level as group subjects

4- Social Studies: All candidates with B.A / B.Com / B.B.M or B.C.A candidates with Social Sciences at intermediate level as a group subject

5- English Candidates: with B.A Special English / B.A English Literature or M.A. English

Fees Details:
1. Processing Fee to be paid at the time of certificate verification (non refundable) for SC/ST candidates Rs. 250/- and for others Rs. 500/-
2. The Tuition Fee for Government/University/Aided/ Private Unaided Colleges varies from Rs. 2,700/- to Rs. 20,200/-.

TS Vidya Volunteers VVs 3Days Orientation Training programme

All the RJDSEs, DEOs, POs of SSA and Principals of DIETs, CTEs and IASEs and Director SCERT are hereby informed that vide reference cited, a meeting was conducted with the DIET Principals to discuss the procedures, norms and modalities for conduct of orientation to Vidya Volunteers. Following are the procedures, guidelines and financial norms for conducting Vidya Volunteers training programme.

TS Vidya Volunteers training programme guidelines:

Each batch of candidates shall be about 50 for SGTs. Further, subject specific strength for School Assistants as shown below the table.
The training venues may be High Schools/ DIETs with good infrastructure and facilities. The training starts at 09.00 AM and ends at 05.00 PM on all the days.
In case of trainees are around 50 to 80 in the entire District in a subject where one or two batches are required, a training may be conducted at DIETs or other places. In such cases, the lodging and boarding may be provided with Rs.300/- per candidate per day.
In case of less number of Vidya Volunteers against Urdu School Assistants with about 6 to 10 in the Districts, the training programme for all the Urdu School Assistant volunteers will be at DIET, Hyderabad in a residential way. All the DEOs are requested to send them to the DIET, Hyderabad. However, the CTE Hyderabad run the course.
The Headmaster of the High School may be placed as Course Director or any other suitable person as decided by the Principals of DIETs/ CTEs/ IASE in consultation with DEO.
The observers from the State Level i.e. the State Resource Group members will be drafted to observe and support the training programme.
The Handbooks for Vidya Volunteers must reach the Principals of TEIs on or before 15th October, 2015 so as to make use from planning day i.e. 16th October, 2015 onwards.
There shall be three (3) Resource Persons per batch representing Telugu, Maths and English each for SGTs. In case of School Assistants, three RPs may be taken for the same subject.
A one day planning meeting may be conducted on 16th October, 2015 at DIETs/ CTEs/ IASE and expenditure towards stationary, working lunch, tea and snacks may be met.
The Principals are requested to provide required stationary, note book, pen and other things in advance along with Handbooks to the training centre. The Principal should monitor the training programmes along with his staff members.
The TA, DA to the Principals attending meetings at SCERT regarding planning and other purposes pertaining to Vidya Volunteers training may be met from the training budget.
The Academic Monitoring Officer of SSA shall assist the Principals in conducting the training programmes from 13th October, 2015 onwards(The Dates are modified if  u want modified dates Click Here)
The entire budget towards the training of Vidya Volunteers of SGTs and School Assistants may be met from the training budget of SSA for the academic year 2015-16.
The Principals may furnish proposals on the approximate funds required towards conduct of the training programme based on the unit cost to the Project Officer of SSA for the release of the budget as advance by 15th October, 2015. The concerned Principals shall submit accounts along with original vouchers and attendance registers immediately after completion of the training programme to the PO, SSA. In case of any further budget based on the accounts submitted may be released.
The DIETs shall take up the training for Vidya Volunteers for both SGTs and School Assistants except in the Districts i.e. Hyderabad, Mahabubnagar, Warangal where CTEs and IASEs shall take up the training for School Assistants.
The DEOs may be requested to issue instructions to all the MEOs and Dy.EOs to depute the Vidya Volunteers and Resource Persons for the training as per the centers provided by Principals of DIET/ CTE/ IASE. The Vidya Volunteers may be asked to come with textbooks concerned.
The 3-day time table and session-wise details are enclosed.
The Principals may discuss the matter and arrangements with the DEOs concerned and conduct the training programme effectively.
The Director SCERT is requested to draft one or two SRGs to each District to visit the centres and support the RPs and training programmes
The Director SCERT and staff, RJDSEs, DEOs and POs of SSA are requested to visit the centres and monitor the programme.

AGE RELAXATION : The Upper age limit prescribed above is relaxable up to 5 years in respect of
SC/ST/BC candidates and up to 10 years in respect of Physically Handicapped candidates.

5.(a) FEE: (Remittance of fee) Each applicant must pay Rs.100/- (RUPEES ONE HUNDRED ONLY) towards Online Application Processing Fee. This apart, the applicants have to pay Rs.120/- (RUPEES ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY ONLY) towards Examination Fee. However, the Applicants belonging to SC/ST/BC Communities and PH are exempted from payment of examination fee.

(b) Mode of Payment of fee : The fee mentioned at Para- I (5)(a) is to be paid online through
TS Online centers or through TS online portal duly following online instructions.

After payment of Fee, the Candidate has to logon to the website www.transco.telangana.gov.in and click on APPLY ONLINE link or directly visit http://tstransco.cgg.gov.in to view the detailed notification, User Guide and Application Form. The applicants have to invariably fill all the relevant fields in the Application. Immediately on submission of application the Applicant will get an acknowledgement in the form of a downloadable pdf document.

The fee once remitted shall not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances. Failure to pay the examination fee, application fee wherever applicable will entail the total rejection of application.


PARA-II : CENTRES FOR THE WRITTEN EXAMINATION :
The written examination for recruitment of Assistant Engineer/ Elecl., & Assistant Engineer (Civil) will be held at different centers located only in Hyderabad and Secunderabad.

PARA-III : HOW TO APPLY :

HOW TO UPLOAD THE APPLICATION FORM:

The Applicants have to read the User Guide for Online Submission of Applications and then proceed further.

I Step:- Payment of Fee: The Applicant should pay the prescribed Fee as per the notification in any one of the TS Online centers and obtain Fee paid receipt with Journal Number (12 digit) in the first instance. Applicants can also pay the fee through TS Online portal.

II Step:- Submission of Application: After payment of Fee, the Candidate has to logon to the website http://www.transco.telangana.gov.in and click on APPLY ONLINE link or directly visit http://tstransco.cgg.gov.in to view the detailed notification, User Guide and Application Form. The applicants have to provide payment details (journal number and date) and upload the scanned copy of passport size photograph with signature (see instructions for scanning and uploading photograph with signature) and then invariably fill all the relevant fields in the Application. Immediately on submission of application, applicant will get an acknowledgement in the form of a downloadable pdf document.

NOTE:

1. TSTRANSCO is not responsible for any discrepancy in Bio-data particulars while submitting the application form through On-line. The applicants are therefore advised to strictly follow the instructions and User guide on their own interest before submitting the application.

2. The particulars furnished by the applicant in the Application Form will be taken as final and data- entry is processed based on these particulars only by Computer. Candidates should therefore, be very careful in Uploading / Submitting the Application Form On-line.

3. Incomplete / Incorrect Application Form will be summarily rejected. The information if any furnished by the candidate subsequently in any form will not be entertained by TSTRANSCO under any circumstances. Applicants should be careful in filling-up the application form and submission. If any lapse is detected during the scrutiny, the candidature will be rejected even though he/she comes to the final stage of recruitment process or even at a later stage.

4. Before Uploading / Submission of Application Form, the candidates are required to go through the detailed notification and should carefully ensure his/her eligibility for this examination. No relevant column of the Application Form should be left blank, otherwise application form will be rejected.

5. Hand written/ Typed/ Photostat copies/ Outside printed Application Form will not be accepted and liable for rejection.

6. Candidates are required to retain a photocopy of application form with Reference ID for future reference.

7. Candidates have to submit application only through online mode well in advance of the last date to avoid last day rush.

8. Only applicants willing to serve anywhere in the Telangana should apply.

OUCET 2015,Required Certificate for M.Ed Counselling

1. Candidates called for certificate verification / counseling for admission must bring the following original certificates along with two sets of xerox copies.

● Rank Card and Hall Ticket of OUCET - 2015.
● Transfer Certificate (T.C) from the institution where the candidate has last studied or a proof of admission if the candidate is pursuing any course during current academic year, i.e. 2015-16. These candidates have to submit the original Transfer Certificate(T.C) within one week from the date of admission, failing which the admission will be deemed to be cancelled.
● Degree Certificate and memorandum of marks of qualifying examination. The candidate has to prove that he/she has passed the qualifying examination with requisite percent of marks, without which his/her admission will not be entertained.
● Secondary school or 10th std. certificate.
● Proof of Local / Non-Local status of the candidate as per the rules in force.
● Community / Cast Certificate, if applicable.
● Latest income Certificate issued by Tahsidar of Telangana State on or after 01.01.2015, if applicable.
● Relevant original certificates in respect of candidates called for admission against NCC/NSS/Sports, Children of Armed Personnel (CAP), Physically Handicapped (PH), Teacher and Laboratory Assistant quota of seats. Such certificates will be verified by the authorities from the concerned departments, whose decision in this regard is final.

Along with the above certificates, the candidate must bring one of the following original identity cards of him/her along with two xerox copies.

● Aadhar Card
● Indian Passport
● Pan Card
● Voter Identity Card
● Indian Driving Licence

Without showing the above, the candidate’s admissions will not be entertained. In case the candidate tries to establish his/her identify by wrong means, he/she will be liable for action under criminal laws. The thumb impression of the candidate will be taken at the time of admission.

2. Candidates should note the following:

a) The candidates who fail to submit the certificates as detailed above or fail to pay the fee on the spot will not be considered for admission. Fee once paid, will not be refunded.
b) If any candidate fails to attend the certificate verification / counseling as per the given schedule, when he/she is called, he/she forfeits the claim for admission to the course.
c) All the candidates admitted into campus, constituent and affiliated colleges of Osmania, Telangana, Mahatma Gandhi and Palamuru Universities will be covered under Group Personal Accident Insurance Policy with sum insured of Rs.2,00,000/- per student for two years. Similarly, all the candidates admitted into campus and constituent colleges of the above universities will be covered under Group Mediclaim Policy towards hospitalisation expenses (conditions apply) of up to Rs.50,000/- per each student in a year for two years. The premium for above two policies is to be paid by the candidate in addition to the normal course fee. These policies will be effective from 03.08.2015.
d) An amount Rs.600/- will be charged towards the cancellation of admission. However, the candidate is not allowed to cancel the admission, once the final phase of admission is over.
e) Whenever the candidate slides from one type of admission to other type or from one subject /course to other subject/course or from one college to other college, he / she has to pay a sliding fee of Rs.300/-.
f) The genuineness or otherwise of the social status claim of the candidates seeking admission under SC/ST/BC categories shall be verified by the nominees of the Director of Social welfare and Director of Backward Classes of Government of Telangana, respectively, whose decision in this regard will be final. The admissions to the seats reserved for SC/ST/BC shall be deemed to be provisional till the genuineness of the social status of the candidates is verified by the respective authorities cited above.
g) In the case of ST candidates, they should get their status verified by the Director of Tribal Welfare, Government of T.S., if necessary.
h) The candidates eligibility for fee reimbursement including the maximum age, is governed by the relevant rules of Government of Telangana.
i) No TA & DA will be paid for attending the certificate verification process/admission and the candidates should come prepared to stay for a day or two beyond the actual date, if necessary.
j) The admission of a candidate will be cancelled at any time during the course of study and the candidate is liable for criminal prosecution, if it is found that admission is secured on false grounds or by suppression of facts.
k) The candidates seeking admission under National Integration Quota (NIQ) are not eligible for fee exemption/reimbursement.

In continuation of this office proceedings read above, the following instructions are issued to all the District Educational Officers in the State:

1. To engage Vidya Volunteers in the left over vacancies by selecting the next meritorious candidates duly following roster from the merit list within two days and send list to Director of School Education for verification in the proforma enclosed herewith. Later place it before the District Level Committee for approval and engage the candidates after Dassehra Vacation but direct them to report for training scheduled from 13.10.2015.

2. To conduct Training to the Vidya Volunteers from 13.10.2015 to 15.10.2015 at District Institute of Education and Training(DIETs) in coordination with Director, State Council of Educational Research and Training, Telangana, Hyderabad.
