Notification for Admission into TS Minorities Study Circle for free coaching for the competitive examinations of T.S.P.S.C. Group-I and Group-II Services / Police Sub Inspectors, Police Constables.

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates of the Minority communities belonging to Telangana state for admission into free coaching programme for competitive exams of Group-I & Group-II Services / Police Sub Inspectors, Police Constables. The selection process of the candidates is based on either on Merit or Marks Obtained in the Screening Test conducted by study circle.

2. The candidate’s family income shall not exceed in urban area 2 lakhs and in rural area 1.5 lakhs.
3. The selected candidate have to deposit their original certificates i.e, T.C., Memos, Caste and Income Certificates in the Study Circle.
4. The seats are allocated to the candidates of different categories i.e,. Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Jains, Buddhist and Parsians as per norms in vogue. 
5. Reservations for woman and Physically Handicapped candidates are as per the Reservation quota of Government of Telangana.

Order:

1. In the reference 1st read above, orders have been issued for according enhancement of honorarium and sitting fees of Panchayat Raj representatives. In the reference 2nd read above an amendment have been issued to 7th para of said G.O. In the reference 3rd read above, the Director, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development has sent in proposals for enhancement of honorarium.
2. Government have reviewed the present honorarium and recognised the role of the elected representatives of Panchayat Raj Institutions namely ZP Chairpersons/ZPTCs/President of Mandal Parishads/MPTC’s/Sarpanche’s of Gram Panchayats playing a vital role at the grass root level in implementation & monitoring of the development schemes of the Government apart from looking after the welfare of the public by catering to their basic needs besides raising of their own resources.
3. Considering their critical role and with a view to improve the dignity of the local body representatives and to improve their services to the people at the grass root level, the Government has decided to enhance the present honorarium of the elected representatives of the Panchayat Raj Institutions as follows:-

TS Polycet 2015 Fee to be Paid At the Time of Certificate Verification 

1.  Processing Fee: Rs.300/- (OC/BC), Rs.150/-(SC/ST). 
2. The Tuition Fee payable after allotment varies between Rs. 3800/- to Rs. 15500/- per annum depending on type of college allotted. The reimbursement of Tuition Fee in respect of all eligible candidates will be as per the orders issued by Governments of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh States from time to time. 
3. However, all the candidates have to pay Rs 600/- towards TS-SBTET recognition fee as prescribed. Seats available under Convenor Quota College wise will be made available on the website tspolycet.nic.in well before the commencement of Option Entry.

More Information for TS Polycet 2015 Tuition Fee

1. However, the fee chargeable in all Polytechnics shall be as fixed by the Government and applicable at the time of admission.
2. Candidates belonging to SC / ST (indicated by Government) categories will be exempted from payment of fee (S.No. 1 to 6 only as shown in table above) in case the income of their parents is within the prescribed limit of Rs.2,00,000. per annum and a certificate issued by the concerned M.R.O. is to be produced to that effect. However, such candidates have to necessarily pay Admission fee, Syllabus book, Board Recognition fee and Alumini fee. Candidates belonging to BC/EBC/ Minority/Physically handicapped categories will be exempted from payment of fee (s.no 1 to 6 only as shown in table above) in case the income of their parents is within the prescribed limit of Rs.1,00,000 per annum and a certificate issued by the concerned M.R.O. is to be produced to that effect.
3. Govt. have decided to link the scholarship applications with the aadhaar number for effecting the cash transfer scheme. For this every student must furnish the aadhaar number vide Govt.Memo no. 16635/sw. Edn. 2/2012-4, dated 29-12-2012.
4. The candidates who are exempted from payment of fee have to apply for fee reimbursement through online (epass/website). However the orders issued by the Government at the time of admissions shall apply.

Telangana/TS Gurukulam Inter Admission Notification Eligibility

1 All the ST students (Boys & Girls) of Telangana who are appearing for SSC March - 2016 in TW Residential Schools, Ashram Schools, Govt. Schools, Zilla Parishad Schools and other Govt. Recognized schools and they should have secured at least B2 grade(7 points) in aggregate and also secure B2 grade in English in SSC Public Examination 2016.

2 Students studying in Telugu / English Medium are eligible to appear for the Entrance Test.

3 Parental Income should not exceed Rupees Two Lakh per annum for urban and 1.5 lakh for rural or as per the Government guidelines by the time of admissions.

4 Selected candidates have to produce necessary certificates like, Caste, Income, Ration card, Aadhaar card, Marks Memo, Study, T.C; Physical fitness certificates, 06 Passport size photos at the time of admission.

5 The age of the students shall not exceed 17 years as on 31.08.2016

Telangana/TS Gurukulam Inter Admission Notification Reservation:

1. 100% seats are reserved for STs of Telangana only.

2. 331/2 % seats may be reserved for Girls in co-education institutions.

3. 3% of overall seats will be reserved to the Physically Handicapped children who can attend their work without anybody’s help based on the certificate issued by the Medical Board.

IV. Submission of Application Form:

Through ONLINE: 1. The applicant can submit his / her application through ONLINE visiting website www.tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in. There is no registration fee for submission of application through ONLINE.

2. Before filling the application through online the candidates have to read the information already uploaded in the website www.tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in.

3. Please upload the 50 kb photo and 30 kb signature of the student

4. The Candidates are advised to collect the Hall-tickets immediately after submission of application through online. The same has to be certified by the Principal / Head Master, where the candidate is studying.

All districts of DEOs, DCEB secretaries, Exams Assistant Commissioners had been trained in this online method and Dy. EOs and School Head Masters will get training within few days. Government school Head Masters should login on online with their school ssc examination code, but Private school head masters should get passwords from their Dy.EOs for loging in online.

Needed material for online Data Entry

1. Before entering the Students information in the web site, prepare MNRs without any mistakes.
